今年もシャコションにクリスマスケーキをご注文下さり
誠にありがとうございます。
クリスマスケーキは毎年変えております。
たとえ今年好評をいただいたとしましても
同じ物を再び作る事はございません。
その理由の一つは一期一会の考えから。
１年の締めくくりとしてのイベントを、
「またあれね」みたいなルーティンワークにしないため。
もう一つは普段のメニュー作りにおいて、
きっとウマいだろうな、と思いながらも
価格において断念せざるを得ないものを作らせていただくため、です。
当店のコンセプトは「タルト」「￥２５０の均一価格」「箱詰めでなくても壊れないもの」です。
しかし、新作を考えていると
コンセプトから外れているけど、きっとイケるお菓子になるはず！
という組み合わせがあります。
それを表現できる唯一の時がクリスマスなのです。
ありがたい事に毎年ご注文下さるお客様は、今年の内容を確かめることなく
ご注文されるので、逆にこちらは「今年はコレだけど大丈夫なのかな？」と
心配になったりします。
それでもご家族・ご友人でケーキを囲まれている様子を想像しながら
他所にはない、珍しいタイプのクリスマスケーキを
今年も作らせていただきます。
